What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for all online orders.
Where will my order be shipped from?
At EllMii we work directly with the manufacturer to bring you the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Your order will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is within 1-2 business days. Once shipped it takes approx. 5-12 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order's before. When your order is shipped, we’ll email you to let you know and provide a tracking number for your order.
How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If, after 7 business days, you still have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Currently all United States and Canada orders have FREE shipping. We will be shipping internationally next month in October.
International orders, however, may be subject to import duties and taxes which we cannot cover.
I never received a confirmation email, what should I do?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to verify that your order was received.
What is your return policy?
Here at EllMii, our goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re unhappy in any way, we are happy to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise within 14 days after you receive your package. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return information. Items must be returned back to us in the original packaging with all hang tags attached.
How do I exchange an item?
If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us for further instructions. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item using the steps described above and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
